Make a Donation
Make a donation. A tax-deductible direct donation is one of the easiest ways you can help support the PTO financially. All families are asked to make a recommended donation of $10 per child at the beginning of each school year but any amount is welcome at any time. These dues help with grade-level activities & field trips, and special events throughout the year.

Join Our Team Of Volunteers
The Horizon PTO Board is made up of a group of volunteer parents and without the support of our incredible volunteer parents, we wouldn’t be able to make the impact inside the school that we do today! So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every one of you for all the time, energy, attention and yes money, you pour into our school!
Each year, PHM requires an updated background check & completion of bullying & harassment training. If you are interested in being a volunteer, please make sure you have these items completed!

The Horizon shirt design this year is a throw back to our early days in celebration of our 30th anniversary.
We will only have this one shirt for the school year - this is it! No field day shirt. We would like all students to wear this school shirt throughout the year & at different events.
