Horizon PTO is connecting students with students!
By filling out the form below you are allowing the information to be published on the Horizon PTO website. Any info can be deleted by contacting the Horizon PTO at horizoningrangerPTO@gmail.com .This will allow fellow students a way to connect outside of school for birthday parties or playdates. Either an email or a phone number is needed. Last name isn't required, but please at least put an initial so kids can identify their friends. Once filled out please go to the Horizon Student Directory to find a friend's contact information.
